Large French doors and multiple bi-fold windows — two in the living area and one in the kitchen — allow the home to fully open up, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

02 — Living & indoor–outdoor flow

The U-shaped seating anchors the living space, offering a comfortable place to gather, while also doubling as a spare bed when needed. Beneath, you’ll find generous built-in storage to keep the space feeling calm and uncluttered.

For an even greater sense of flow, you can extend the living area with our purpose-built covered deck module.

03 — Smart storage — designed in, not added on

The staircase becomes a fully integrated storage system, featuring:

—13 soft-close drawers
—Two tall cupboards
—A foldable table, neatly tucked away and designed specifically for this space

04 — Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is both practical and beautifully finished, featuring:

—A large macrocarpa wooden benchtop

The Indis features two loft bedrooms, with the option to upgrade to standing height lofts — creating a more spacious and comfortable sleeping environment, along with additional storage and hanging space.

—Optional solar-powered skylight that opens at the push of a button and closes automatically when it rains
—Open lofts with macrocarpa safety screens, or enclosed lofts with cavity doors for added privacy
